The rates are quoted on a per room per night basis and are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee and 5% VAT tax, VAT is applicable on service charge as well.
An additional, "Tourism Dirham fee" of AED 20 per room per night, will be applicable for all the rooms occupied by the group.

Online Link Reservation Process

Full prepayment at time of booking.
Booking is non-refundable if not cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
Any cancellations, 100% cancellation will be applicable and charged to individual guest.
Any credit card that has been declined will be intimated to the client/ AACC, and in the event that there is no further response within 48 hours the room will be released for all the nights reserved.
The hotel reserves the right to add/release rooms on the online link and to close the link. AACC would be notified of the same.

Check-in and Check-out Time

Please be advised that the hotel rooms are available for guest check-in after 14:00 hrs. Guests arriving earlier will be checked in as soon as rooms become available. Consideration for checkout extensions later than 12.00 noon can only be confirmed on the date of departure. Late checkout charges are as follows:

Until 18.00 hours: 50% of confirmed group rate
After 18.00 hours: Full group rate

No-Show Policy

In the event that confirmed reservations fail to check-in, Individual Guests will be charged equivalent to 100% of the accommodation rate for each of the nights reserved and not used.
No-Show rooms will be released at 12:00 noon the following date.
